We will only accept returns for items are either damaged, or have gone bad. In both cases, we must be notified within 48hrs of the initial delivery date.
The returned item must be received within 15 days of initial delivery date. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment and are usually processed within 1 week of receiving the return. It may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
